Autunno all’insegna delle fiere d’arte: Parigi, Londra, Bruxelles, Stoccolma e Amsterdam
Dalla Fiac di Parigi alla londinese Affordable Art Fair ecco tutte le imperdibili fiere d'arte d'Europa per un autunno segnato da effervescenza e innovazione.

Se l’estate con le mostre, i viaggi e gli incontri con stranieri dopo mesi di stasi stanno per finire le porte dell’autunno si aprono lentamente, con fiere d’arte in giro per l’Europa in grado di riunire soggetti creativi e opere uniche provenienti da tutti gli angoli del mondo. E allora perché non trovare tempo per un’ultima avventura in questi mesi di transizione dall’estate al periodo lavorativo? Ecco un viaggio per fiere d’arte, tra Parigi, Londra, Bruxelles, Stoccolma e Amsterdam.
L’incontro con altri amanti della cultura in tali spazi non solo è rigenerante, ma anche essenziale per finire e ricominciare l’anno con uno spirito innovativo, incrociando il nuovo, il diverso che offre spunti per progetti, possibilità di sviluppo dei propri gusti e delle proprie conoscenze artistiche. Dopo un’estate di riapertura in un mondo di pandemia, il confronto con idee nuove e distinte in spazi tali che fiere d’arte è fondamentale.
Fiac! A Parigi dal 21 al 24 ottobre
A Parigi, tra il 21 e il 24 ottobre, avrà luogo la fiera d’arte Fiac!, le cui iniziali stanno per Foire internationale d’art contemporain. Un evento che si svolge in diversi luoghi della capitale francese annualmente dal 1974, invitando alla scoperta della città in parallelo a quella artistica. Fiac! è una fiera internazionale di arte contemporanea, alla quale partecipano centinaia di gallerie di arte moderna, contemporanea e di design, presentando le migliori opere francesi e internazionali. Non solo, Fiac! Hors les Murs offre anche spazi esterni con una sessantina di sculture e installazioni, performance e conferenze varie (Fiac Programmes) ad accesso gratuito. In tale modo, dipinti, sculture e installazioni si contrastano e amalgamano con alcuni dei più prestigiosi spazi francesi, come il Giardino delle Tuileries e Piazza Vendôme. L’obiettivo è di offrire al pubblico una connessione, un dialogo intimo e introspettivo con il processo del creare, mettendosi in connessione con il materiale. Il giovedì notte, la Nocturne des Galeries invita a una passeggia notturna della capitale, sperimentando una nuova dimensione d’arte contemporanea nel buio, sotto uno sguardo diverso e distorto.
Il programma della fiera non è ancora stato rilasciato, per cui permane un’aura di mistero sui contenuti, garantendo un effetto sorpresa per gli amanti di arte contemporanea che si presenteranno. La fiera sarà aperta tutti i giorni dalle 7:30 alle 19:30 al Giardino delle Tuileries e a Piazza Vendôme. Invece, al Musée Delacroix, la fiera sarà aperta tutti i giorni escluso il martedì, dalle ore 9:30 alle 17:30. I biglietti possono essere acquisiti solamente online (apertura della biglietteria a fine settembre) e il green pass è obbligatorio all’entrata.
Affordable Art Fair a Londra e non solo
Negli stessi giorni, tra il 21 e il 24 ottobre, a Londra si svolgerà la fiera d’arte Affordable Art Fair a Battersea, Londra. Una fiera che può essere considerata come un negozio d’arte dal vivo, spargendosi per il continente europeo per offrire opere provenienti da gallerie d’arte di tutta Europa a un prezzo accettabile, con varie edizioni per il continente: dal 22 al 26 settembre a Bruxelles, dal 14 al 17 ottobre a Stoccolma, e dal 27 al 31 ottobre ad Amsterdam. In questa edizione, l’Affordable Art Fair di Battersea presenta anche il Recent Graduates showcase, curato dal famoso artista e designer Pascal Anson, con l’introduzione di nuovi talenti delle scuole d’arte inglesi, un’opportunità di scambio e incontro con i giovani amanti d’arte. Non solo, acquisire opere d’arte da giovani talenti può essere un’opportunità d’investimento sul lungo termine. Al tutto si aggiunge l’installazione Fluid Form, con tanto di un banchetto di bevande e cibo, per gustarsi insieme l’amore per l’arte. I biglietti possono essere acquistati online per un fine settimana magico, con visite private mercoledì 20 ottobre e giovedì 21 ottobre dalle 17:30 alle 21:30, seguito dall’apertura generale il venerdì 22 ottobre fino a domenica 24 ottobre, dalle 11:00 alle 18:00.

Autumn under the banner of art fairs: Paris, London, Brussels, Stockholm and Amsterdam
Summer, exhibitions and travels, encounters with strangers after months of stagnation, are all about to end. Autumn is slowly opening its doors, with art fairs around Europe, inviting and reuniting creative personalities and unique pieces from the whole world. I would like to invite the reader to find time for a final adventure in these months of transition from summer to working months: I would like to invite you to travel through art fairs, between Paris, London, Brussels, Stockholm, and Amsterdam. The encounter with other culture lovers in such spaces is not only regenerating but also essential to end and restart the year with an innovative spirit, with the encounter with the new, the different, which offers ideas for projects and allows one to develop their taste and their artistic knowledge. After a summer of reopening after the pandemic, confrontation with new and different ideas in spaces such as fairs is fundamental.
Fiac! In Paris from 21 to 24 October
In Paris, between the 21st and the 24th of October, the art fair Fiac!, standing for Foire internationale d’art contemporain,will take place. As it has since 1974, this event will take place in different locations of the French capital, inviting to the discovery of art contemporarily to that of the city. Fiac! is an international fair of contemporary art to which hundreds of modern art and design galleries participate, presenting the best French and international pieces. Further, Fiac! Hors les Murs also offers external spaces, which introduce about sixty sculptures and installations, performances, and conferences (Fiac Programmes) for free. In such a way, paintings, sculptures, and installations are contrasted and amalgamated in some of the most prestigious French sites, such as the Tuileries Gardens and Vendôme square. The aim is to offer the public a connection, an intimate and introspective dialogue with the process of creating, putting one in touch with the material. On Thursday night, the Nocturne des Galeries invites the public to a night stroll in the capital, experimenting with a new dimension of contemporary art in the dark, in the different and the distorted.
The program of the fair has not been released yet, constituting a mystery and a surprise for contemporary art lovers that will present themselves. The fair will be open every day from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm at the Tuileries Garden and in Vendôme square. Instead, at the Delacroix Museum, the fair will be open every day excluding Tuesday, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Tickets can only be bought online, and a Green Pass will be requested at the entrance.
Affordable Art Fair in London and beyond
During the same days, from the 21st to the 24th of October, the Affordable Art Fair will take place in Battersea, London. Such a fair can be considered as a live art shop, spreading throughout Europe to offer an acceptable price for pieces coming from art galleries all over Europe, with several editions on the continent: from the 22 to the 26th of September in Brussels, from the 14th to the 17th of October in Stockholm, and from the 27th to the 31st of October in Amsterdam. All timetables for the editions of Brussels, Stockholm and Amsterdam are available on the website. There will be more than thousands of masterpieces by distinct artists; whether to offer inspiration, decorate wells, or visit a gallery made of infinite pieces of all colours and styles, the Affordable Art Fair offers an innovative spirit to young artists for its prices and many sites throughout Europe and beyond, extending all the way to New York. With more than a thousand pieces of art from England and a hundred from international galleries, the choice is not lacking.
In this edition, Battersea’s Affordable Art Fair also presents the Recent Graduates showcase, curated by the famous artist and designer Pascal Anson, introducing new talents from English art schools, thus offering an opportunity of exchange and encounter amongst young art lovers. Further, buying pieces from young talents can also be an opportunity to invest in the long term. Additionally, there also is the installation Fluid Form, completed with a banquet of food and drink, to enjoy the love of art together. The tickets for a magical weekend can be bought online, with private visits on Wednesday the 20th of October and Thursday the 21st of October, from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm, followed by the general opening on Friday the 22 of October until Sunday the 24th of October, from 11 am to 6 pm.
Travelling throughout Europe, these fairs offer the opportunity for an alternative experience, to encounter young artists, curators, designers and performers who express themselves through their talent, demonstrating the value of modern and contemporary art for the European continent.
